OS/2 Only, both presentation manager and command line

UPTIME.EXE (64016 bytes)
UPTIME simply displays time of last system boot, current time, and the time elapsed between them. You can dare Windows users to keep their machines running as long.

QLIST.EXE (37824 bytes)
Type the command QLIST to display all print queues in your OS/2 system.

QUERYQ.EXE (29328 bytes)
QUERYQ takes a single argument, the name of a print queue. It displays a wealth of information about the named queue.

QPRINT.EXE (42592 bytes)
QPRINT also requires the name of a print queue. It then sends all input (from stdin) to the queue for printing. Naturally the input can be redirected from a file or program.

ASCTBL.ZIP (32541 bytes) [NOTE]
ASCTBL is a presentation manager program. It displays a table of all ASCII codes in decimal, hex, and as a printable character where one exists.

VIEWREP.ZIP (44666 bytes) [NOTE]
VIEWREP is a presentation manager program. It will display standard input and give the user the option of printing the file or just viewing via scoll bars. If the file contains embedded PCL printer codes they will be removed for display purposes but reinserted for printing. If, for example, you have a printer file called "myfile" you can send its contents to VIEWREP as follows:
viewrep < myfile
VIEWREP accepts optional parameters to direct the printout to a file or device other than LPT1 (the default). Use - or / followed by the device name. Or use + of @ followed by the name of a valid print queue. All other parameters will show in the title bar.

NOTE: ZIP format...

These programs are being distributed in 'ZIP'ped format because they consist of more than one file (executable [EXE], help [HLP], and maybe icon [ICO]).

To use the program unZIP the file and copy the resulting files to the desired directory. You must already have a suitable program to do the unzip.
